Mike Orr
- 14 years extensive sales and program management experience in manufacturing and automotive
industry. As a seasoned business and management professional, Mike has been
helping clients manage change and increase productivity through team
training and coaching. His diverse experience began in the United
States Air Force where he designed
and implemented critical training and mission control programs. Mike holds a Masters in
Business Administration from Brenau Universities Leadership Development
program. Some positions Mike has held are; Vice President of Scitors (a
fortune "Best Places to Work"
organization) East
Region, Vice President of sales and perations at Tectura Corporation, a Technology and
Consulting organization and most recently a Principal at IPAK
corporation, an automotive supply chain and program management organization.
Jeannie Thrower
- President of Supplier Development Systems-15 years manufacturing, leadership, change
management, and all levels of work force training. Specialize in
performance culture, development and course correcting teams quickly and
effectively. Program, systems and tool development to facilitate work
culture improvement plans. Blended
and interactive training development that enables teams to
enjoy and retain learning
