Night
Dr.
Eric Jack and Dr. Chuck Sox will talk about the Supply Chain
and Operations Management programs and students at the
University of Alabama and the University of Alabama at
Birmingham. Brent
Lambiotte, chapter president, will speak to both students and
chapter members about the benefits of participating in APICS. This will be a great
opportunity to learn more about APICS and the academic
programs at our local universities. It will also be a
great opportunity to network with college students and
professionals in the local OM community.
We
look forward to seeing you all at our next PDM.

Professional Development Meetings (PDM)
The
opportunity to network with professionals responsible for the
processes that link business operations and coordinate the
movement of commodities, products and services around the
world, is a good reason to be involved with APICS. In fact, we
have some members that are responsible for coordinating the
movement of items out of this world.
